At Just Simple Living, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
All sales are processed and fulfilled through third-party suppliers. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept physical returns at this time. Instead, we offer a refund or replacement resolution for eligible orders, making the process as simple and hassle-free as possible for you.
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. You may also qualify if your order never arrived within the estimated delivery window. To be considered for a refund or replacement, requests must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date or the last tracked shipping update. Requests made outside of this window will not be eligible for review.
To submit a request, please contact us at leejohnsonecom@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video of the item if it is damaged or incorrect. Our team will review your submission and respond within 2–3 business days. If your claim is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, or we will arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders where the wrong shipping address was provided at checkout, for buyer's remorse or change-of-mind purchases, or for items that are simply delayed but still in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
